The Koha Shed Takanini will now be utilised for EMPOWERING PROGRAMs, family safety, domestic violence, food pleas etc, if in doubt feel free to message and have a chat with us.
For those of you who are unaware of what The Koha Shed is,
We are a community organisation who provides space for the community to drop their unwanted reuseable items in order for them to be given to others.
We have many sheds operating through NZ and Australia,
We have one goal: To alleviate poverty. NO ONE SHOULD BE LEFT BEHIND IN POVERTY!
We do not take cash, in fact… MONEY IS BANNED!
Our charity is a place for all of us to get together and help those within the community who need a hand up. Tough times happen to all of us, please do not judge those who are brave enough to ask for help.
If you have goods to donate, you can do this by visiting TKS-Otara during open hours, if these days do not suit, then please feel free to message and we will arrange collection.
We accept everything in reusable condition. If you have any queries you may send us a message and we will respond when available.
