Rooms come fully furnished; utilities are included and linens provided. Shared facilities include bathroom, comMondayarea with Sky TV, kitchen (long-term guests must provide own cookware) and laundry ($2). Internet vouchers available for purchase.
Photo I.D. usually required; long-term stays must fill out an application.

Cost
- Singles: $196.00-226.00 per week for stays longer than two months, $296-341 for less than 2 months, $65-75 per night
- Doubles: $284-319 per week for stays longer than two months, $369-414 for less than 2 months, $80-91 per night
- Deposit: 2 weeks rent + 1 week bond + $75 refundable booking fee
